Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern.

In my opinion , frequent urination and headache and body ache point towards diagnosis of urinary tract infection (UTI).
However blood in urine can be because of bladder stone or any kidney pathology.
If i were your consulting doctor i would have prescribed an antibiotic and a urine alkaliser syrup for the same.
Also i would have get your blood test and USG done for confirmation of the diagnosis.

I would advice you to consult a urologist for the same.

Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health
