What Causes Headache From The Temple To Top Of Head?

I have a headache from my left temple to the top of my head. This has been going on for about a week. The pain fluctuates when I move. When I am sitting I feel very light pain but when I move my head the pain pulsates for a moment. I have tried ibuprofen and Tylenol and it doesn't do anything. I am not coughing an I am not experiencing any fevers. Any ideas?
