What Causes Headache , Heartburn , Nausea , Dizziness And Low Blood Pressure?

I am a 29 yo f who has symptoms of headache, heartburn ,nausea, dizziness, and low blood pressure. I have had a EGD done as well as labs but the hospital says that there is nothing wrong. Prior to being admitted, I have had swollen feet and ankles. I m so fustrated and I m not sure what else to do. Can anyone help me?

Well come to HCM
Here the given symptoms are suggestive of Hyperacidity and this can aggravate with anxiety and depression, in my opinion this need to be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, better to keep the anxiety level very low, one more thing, blood pressure can not be low it self, so just forget about this, take care.
