What Causes Headache, High Body Temperature And Severe Sweating?

I have been experiencing some strange feelings and would like to know if I needed to see a doctor for it. Two days ago I had just finished my dinner and my head started hurting and I need to lay down. I feel right to sleep which is not normal for me. The next morning I woke up in a pool of sweat and when I touched my fiancé he said I was very hot. I took some ibuprofen and started to feel better, then about 5 hours later it started again, this time with cold chills. So now I have been taking ibuprofen about every 5 hours every since. I do have pancreatitis and chronic anemia.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms you described are suggestive for infectious disease. You need to see a physician to get treatment with antibiotic (if needed) but meanwhile keep monitoring the body temperature.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
