What Causes Headache In Lower Back Of Head?

I have headache. Usually I have this kind of headache when I have my period. It usually only last for a day. Now I have it for 5 day. When I move my head I flet the head is heavy and the top of my head is hurt. And the low back of my head too. Is it serious? Will it become stroke?

Regarding your experience of headache with heaviness of the head associated with hot sensations as well as pain at the back of the head I am suggesting that you have developed a tension headache caused by the following
Hypertension
Meningitis
Encephalitis
Stress
In view of this please do the following test
CT SCAN
LUMBER PUNCTURE
Blood culture
ECG
Meanwhile please see a neurologist specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
Yes it may lead to stroke if there is a cerebral infarction
