What Causes Headache In Temple Region?

Hi, I ve had a headache now for a week. Its mainly on my eye, temple, and half of my forhead. A doctor suggested that its my sinuses but i have no sinus issues or drainage. Ive tryed taking Advil and Excedrine it helps for an hour and thats it. It also wakes me up in the middle of the night. what could it be?
