What Causes Headache, Itching And Muscle Twitching?

Undiagnosed. Past tests ANA 1/160 , elevated CK for 1 year would awake with trigger finger in both middle fingers during that time. Muscle twitching for years, New- cramping especially when CK is elevated. Right now I am having awful stings and itching all over, nothing relieves it. I fail the Romberg test, fall backwards. The Drs can Not figure it out. My MRI of head and neck showed mild deg disc disease and narrowing of canal. My spine is aching and every turn of move I make I get sharp twinges of pain, now when I walk, cough or stand up I get top of the head migraine pain. Over the past year I am having difficulty descending stairs, at times my thighs will cramp up and burn and feel like they are giving out, once I am on flat ground it is better. I dont know what test the Drs are missing but they cant figure it out. Recently my B12 was very low, I am taking supplements as my body it absobed it very low. I was also deficient in D.
