What Causes Headache, Leg/shoulder Pain And Purple Spot On Back?

Hi my name is cherelle and i am 15 years old. I am about 5ft 6 but dont know how much i weigh. I have been getting regular headaches recently, am experiencing pain in my legs and shoulders and have found some purple smudges on my back. Should i be worried?
