What Causes Headache Like Pressure Near And Above The Eye Areas?

I have had pressure like headaches on the left side of my head for a little over a month now. They started off feeling like there was something hurting my eye. Since then the eye pain has generally subsided, but the skin on and around my head feels tight at times. Since the headaches started it has seemed like other things have started as well. I have a pain in my lower abdomen that came a week ago and hasn't subsided. Also, I have a general feeling of being out of it. I have been to the doctors twice, but with out much of a check they said it was sinusitis and gave me antibiotics twice which did little. Now they have given me a nasal steroid and a neti pot, which still does very little.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having headache with pressure around the eyes.
This is typically seen in sinusitis because of inflammation of the paranasal sinuses which lie around the eye.
The treatment is by use of antibiotics, decongestants and mucolytic drugs.
Steam inhalation will provide symptomatic relief.
