What Causes Headache, Loss Of Appetite And Nausea For A 21-year-old Female?

I am 21 unmarried . My mri is clear I am suffering from headache for last a month or two . The headache pains are not specific they occur at different parts of head for example at temples at vertex or side or or back all day n at at times at night ..otherwise there stays heaviness. I also have vaginal discharge for some months for which I have taken med now but in vain. I feel loss of appettite and also nausea. With fatigue and low energy . It hurts when I put enforced work to do.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to tension type headache. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. If the symptoms continue, I suggest using Triptans which are prescription medications. I also suggest to avoid factors that can trigger the symptoms .
