What Causes Headache, Multiple Light Periods, Back Pain, Fatigue After Implanon Insertion?

I am 19 years old and I got the implanon inserted in july 2011 and the past few months I have gotten light periods several times throughout the month, I have had major headaches, lower back pain, nausea, and sometimes fatigue. its been happening the past month or so. my eating habits have changed and also my mood has changed. I am sexually active and I don't know what to do.

Hello madam, from the history you have given, well implanon does cause side effects that you have mentioned. These are hormonal effects.But in case the symptoms worsen or are unbearable than i would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist for further evaluation. Hope i was helpful to you.
