What Causes Headache, Nausea And Dizziness After A Head Injury?

Hi, I am having a hard time figuring out what i did to my head. I fell unconcious in a bathroom, and was knocked unconcious for 10 minutes, I have hypoglycemia, so after we got my blood sugar back up, my headache has been in the back and sides of my head for 6 weeks now, and it wont go away with advil or tylenol. I sometimes feel nauseated, but mostly i get super light headed, and my vision tunnels, but comes back after a minute or to, i don t pass out, but i cant see anything

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is possible that you had a concussion and now have post-concussion syndrome which can be associated with some of the symptoms mentioned. It would be best to see your doctor for assessment which would likely include imaging of the brain e.g. CT scan
Treatment would depend on the findings.
