Hi,

I feel its always better to mention your age and gender in the history as it helps us to narrow our differentials. Anyhow I will try to help you, with whatever details you gave.

I can figure out from the history that you have a headache with nausea as one issue and difficulty in near work as other.

To me, it looks like you are having eye dryness, due to excessive near activity or you may be needing a change in glasses. (that may be the reason for a forehead headache).

Anyways you need an ophthalmological checkup to rule out both. And excessive near work with head bending can cause fatigue and may be the reason for an occipital headache.

Its nothing to be worried about, just an eye checkup. If everything turns up fine, you can get an MRI/CT brain to rule any brain pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Satish Sharma, Ophthalmologist
