What Causes Headache, Nausea And Elevated BP While On Methylphenidate?

I have had a headache and felt nauseous for about two day. Now I am flush and my blood pressure is elevated. Still have the headache and nauseous feeling. I recently started taking methylphenidate. Would this cause the symptoms I have had the last couple days?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, though these symptoms can be due to the drug you are taking. You need to monitor your blood pressure regularly and if symptoms persist then you need to consult prescribing doctor to start with the alternative drug therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
