What Causes Headache, Nausea And Fatigue When Pregnancy Test Is Negative?

hello am a female 27 years old I have been suffering from headaches, nauseas and vomiting, fatigue and last week I was discharging for a week straight brown almost black discharge. am not regular on my menstrual cycle and am on the depo shot, I already took a pregnancy test and its negative. what can cause this symtoms? I will appreciate a response . thank you

Hi, I think these can be the side effects of depo shot. But get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist to rule out any other cause like infections. You can take some pain killers and anti-emetic. If vomiting persists, get a ultrasound done to rule out any other cause.
