What Causes Headache, Nausea And High Blood Pressure?

Today I started with a bad headache, which subsided. Afterwards I have been nauseated all day. I just took my blood pressure, which is 164/89. I am a 69 yr old female, who was in the pool this morning exercising. I feel awful at this moment, therefore I started to check!

As per your history is concerned you have essential hypertension so take rest .Restrict sodium in diet and take AMDEPIN-AT tab 50mg at night .your headache is due to pressure only.Thanks
