What Causes Headache, Nausea And Sweating?
I was feeling fine, then got a headache, felt nauseated and starting sweating profusely while in a store. Lasted for about 30 minutes. Went home and went to sleep, now just have a headache. What could have happened? My husband just had the flu, but I had no other symptoms of that.

I think this is probably related to hypoglycaemia episode. If you have been fasting for a while also you were a bit tired and fatigued and passing a long time standing.
This all may have contributed to hypoglycaemia and hypotension episode. If it is the first time to happen it is not important.
