What Causes Headache, Nausea, Low Grade Fever And Fatigue?

My seventeen year old daughter is experiencing following symptoms for about 3.5 weeks. Off and on low grade fever. Nausea, occasional dizzieness, fatigue and burning sensation in her head--describes as headache that burns. No particular location. No body pains. No weight loss. Is not sexually active. Based on the description that you have given, it seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a distressing symptom in most people. This is why it needs to be managed. A migraine is started off by a trigger factor.

Also, it seems that you have addon symptoms. This is probably what is causing the dizziness and fatigue.
Here are a few things that you can do to help you:
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
