What Causes Headache, Nausea, Tinnitus And Pressure In The Eyes?

Started yesterday with a mild headache in the morning. I thought I was hungry, but the smell of the food made me nauseous. I have been suffering with eye pressure in both eyes & the pain increases when I move my eyes up & down & left & right. The eye pressure is worse when I stand up. I have no appetite. I took 2 Tylnol this morning & it didn t help with anything. I have also tried Headache Relief from CVS over the counter earlier this evening & so far no releif from that. I m also experiencing ringing in both of my ears. I am a male 52yrs old - non-smoker, non-drinker - only aliment is high cholesterol
