What Causes Headache, Nosebleed And Abdomen Pain?

My daughter was out shopping and suddenly she felt like she was going to pass out and then when she decided to go to the restroom, she peed on herself before she got there. She then got a nosebleed, which she never gets. She still has a bad headache and her ears hurt and her stomach some. They said she also looked very pale. She says she feels hot too. She is not with me but is on vacation and I am her mom trying to help her feel better. She feels better as long as she is lying down. I suggested she go to Urgent Care, which she does not want to. I suggested she take some Ibuprofen for helping with the pain. What do you think?
