What Causes Headache On The Right Side And Blurred Vision?

I am having a slight pain on the right side of my head. I would describe it as a very mild headache. I also have noticed that my pupil is dialated and my vision is a little blurry in the right eye. Should I be concerned? I am not one to go to the doctor very often.
