What Causes Headache, Pressure In The Chest And Constant Belching?

I can explain it too well but my chest feels like it s expanding from something inside that started with my throats just the right side. Anyways it happened suddenly after I took a short nap and it s just getting more and more painful. I don t have a headache or anything it s just the pain and it hurts to burp. I am also unable to yawn

Hi,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. You can also take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. Avoid spicy foods also.
