What Causes Headache, Sore Cheekbones, Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Hi, I ve had this really bad headache for a while now (2-3 weeks). This is almost always accompanied with sore cheekbones, dizziness, blurred vision, in the day I m always tired but at night i can t sleep. I find it hard to focus on anything. For about two weeks I had a constant roaring in my right ear, however that has almost completely gone - it only comes back occasionally. Please help, Chloe

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection. A sinus X-ray is needed to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to drink a lot of liquids and use saline nasal spray for local application.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
