What Causes Headache, Sore Throat And Cold?

Hi Doctor,

I got tonsillitis. Yesterday I had mild fever, as I did not want to take antibiotics I took Advil before going to bed.
Have some relief today as I also did gargling with salt water but still have slight head ache, sore throat and cold, can I take Dolo 650 NSAID today? (My concern is, can I take Dolo 650 today? as I already took Advil yesterday)

Hi,
You can take either Advil or Dolo-650 for symptomatic relief from fever and pain.
To day you can take Dolo-650 instead of Advil.
Do not take both together.
If there is no improvement within 2-3 days, you have to go for antibiotic medicine course.
Ok and take care.
