What Causes Headache, Stomach Pain, And Bowel Upsets?

since september, I have experienced symptoms -headache,fatigue, stomach pain, leg weakness, cough, bowel upsets. For several days, the symptoms will clear, and I ll feel fine. This lasts just long enough for me to decide not to go to the doctor, and then, one by one, or all at once, the symptoms return. What on earth could this weirdness be?

Hello
Fatigue, headache, stomach pain, COUGH, bowel upsets , all these symptoms from last 8 months , free from symptoms and again returns . As you mentioned these symptoms , these may be due to .
1 Anemia as all these symptoms are an indication of anemia . Diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin examination .
2 Tuberculosis is another one such disease which develop such type of symptoms . So please get in blood examination for C B C, E S R ( if very high is an indication ).
Bowel tuberculosis is a disease which causes such type of symptoms , so consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is important .
3 Tension or anxiety is also one of the most important reason for such symptoms .
In my opinion consult a primary care physician and get his opinion as recurs of symptoms are a serious thing and cause of concern.
If history of sexual contact is there ,please get in an HIV test.
