What Causes Headache, Stomach Pain, Small Red Dots On Throat?

i dont know if this went through i have had headache,stomach pain aches pains in shoulders and neck, throat initially with small red dots now i see some white patches on tonsils, not feeling well. taking ibruprofen daily to help but still feel bad and not up to snuff. afraid it might be strep

Hi.Nothing to be afraid of - this is suggestive of this being strep throat.
Consult a Doctor, Get the antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines , get a bed rest for a few days, plenty of warm fluids and you will be OK.
