I have a headache at the front of my head. My body is sweating and hot to touch however I have goosebumps and feel freezing. I am weak, no energy no appeitate. I have a lot of mucus in both my nose and throats and a chesty cough I m worried I have pneumonia

If we check all signs it could be upper respiratory disease , flu or even pneumonia. But pneumonia is a severe condition and can be diagnosed by listening respiratory sounds , having infiltrations at chest X-ray. Even you can understand it by coughing with mucus and crépitations or growling.
