What Causes Headache, Tender And Leaking Breast After Removal Of Neapolitan Implant?

I had my Neapolitan implant token out 2 weeks and 4 days ago and they told me I could get pregnant right away and so I had unprotected sex and I ve been having some symptoms like bad head ache tender breast and my breast has started leaking I guess? What should I do?
