General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The issue of headache, tiredness and bruising legs indicate a possible deficiency of vitamin C most likely.

Kindly get a consultation with your family doc for primary physical examination and get the necessary guidelines of cure.

Till that time, raise the intake of citrus fruits, lemon and vitamin C chewable tablets for partial relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
