What Causes Headache, Tiredness, Leg Pain And Stomach Ache Early Morning?

My son 6 often complain about headache, tiredness, leg pain in mornings, stomachache nearly every day, had back pain few days in row, few times of chest pain. His nose bleeds easily, and he coughed up blood last week. Doctor says its all normal ... no big deal. Anyway I am worried, he might be pretending few times but he s been pale and with tears in eyes with stomachache. Alll this list within last 2 months.
