What Causes Headache, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Numbness In Forearms After Head Injury?

Just yesterday, as I was watching a series on my laptop, I leaned against a headboard that had the top part loose. My mother s framed degree fell onto my right temple, the flat surface on the back being the one that struck me. As of today, a small bump in my temple is presente, with a small line in the middle, where it hit. It was NOT a very hard hit, mild really. Today, I woke up with a slight pain in the affected area, just when I touch it, an a mild headache. Also yesterday, I ate something called tamales (a traditional mexican food, made up of a starchy dough, usually corn-based, chicken and a hot sauce called mole) They did a number on me, waking me up at 3 AM to vomit, and I also had diarreah. Its worth mentioning that I eat them regularly, and have never had this problem. I dont know if they both had a part in this, or I was just unlucky, but I also woke up today with a slight numbness and tingling sensation on my forearms and hands, and whenever I cross my legs, after a while, they get numb. Is this all just plain unfortunate, or should I be worried about something? I m a 19 year old male.
