What Causes Headache When Closing Eyes, Dizziness While Sleeping And Nausea?

My head hurts when close eyes, get dizzy when trying to lay down, more dizzy laying on my back, I d rather stand than lie down, a lot of phlegm in throat, belly discomfort and hurts, seem nauseous when talking, from head to waist feel like being pushed down, I feel hot but not to the touch

Hi,

Noted your history of headache on closing eyes, dizziness, nausea, phlegm in throat, belly discomfort and pain, feeling of pushed down and son.
All these symptoms indicate one of the following:
General disease like Gastroenteritis.
Typhoid.
Viral or bacterial infection that has spread or affected the whole body.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor asap for proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of blood, stool, urine, X-ray of chest and Ultrasonography of abdomen to get the proper diagnosis.
Proper diagnosis will give a guided management.
Take rest.
Take proper medications under the guidance of your Doctors.
Take lots of fluids orally if nausea permits.
Get started with a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone so that you can take things orally.
