What Causes Headache Which Increases When Moved Around?

I m a 20 year old female. I woke up yesterday with a dull throbbing headache that hurt move when I moved around. I took ibuprofen, but that didn t seem to help. The headache continued until I went to sleep, and I woke up with it again this morning. It hurts when I get up and when I bend down to get something. I took 2 ibuprofen about an hour and a half ago, but my headache is still there.

Your symptoms might be due to sinusitis or sinus headaches or migraine. I advice you to,
1. take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans
2. Neck massage
3. Relaxation & Stretching exercises.
4. YOGA
5.  Have Caffeine drinks
6. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
7. If associated with nasal block use Nasivion spray and Steam inhalation
8. Also to have a consultation with an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
