hi i am mohsin from ahmedabad age 30 years. i am having pain in my right side of head and doctor says me that it is cluster pain they have suggested me zolmist spray. i am facing this problem from 4 years. every year it pains for 15 to 20 days. the pain is too badlly it pains 3 times a day i cant express the pain what can i do

Okay. Start taking Zolmist orally 5 kg per day, it will resolves the aggravating symptoms than the intra-nasal spray which has only local and short duration of action.
