General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Headaches are a possible side effect of Cymbalta. On the other hand, there are other causes of headaches as well. So, if the headaches are not better with Ibuprofen and paracetamol and last more than 1 week, it is best to have a check with your local doctor to have a thorough examination to determine the cause of the headaches and the further steps to manage it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
