Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been suffering for migraine headache since 20 yrs ago. Usually, after taking flanax, the pain is gone after few hours. Starting last year, pain relievers dont relieve the pain. My ct scan and eeg results are normal. What should i do? Headache/dizziness usually happens before my period and last for days.

Generally migraine occurs at only one side of head and characterized by pulsating over head and generally not relieved by OTC analgesics.
Few things i want to know from you like 'do you have any other symptom or was it aggravated by your daily work?
Are you having a past history of diagnosed migraine?

Every headache causes mild to severe discomfort in our day to day life.
Just take OTC analgesic which suits you and take bed rest or sleep and you will be alright.
Primary or simple headache caused by some precipitating or triggering factor which will be relieved by OTC analgesics (ibuprofen, naproxendiclofenac) and eliminating triggering factor.
