What Causes Headache While Riding Vehicle?

My daughter had optic nerve sheath fenistration done in both eyes at two seperate times. The last one was done about 5 weeks ago. She was dong great but has fought a headache now off and one for the last week that gets better while laying down and worsens when riding in a vehicle. She is still taking diamox. It appears that it would be from low pressure now as it gets better when she lays down but why worse when riding in a vehicle?

Hello,

Yes, it may be linked with intracranial pressure changing. A new MRI is necessary to evaluate correctly this possibility. If low intracranial pressure suspected then Diamox should be stopped. Discuss with the Neurosurgeon for these issues.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
