What Causes Headache With Dehydration?

I drank excessively on my birthday on Saturday. I didn't puke but I never really do. I had a headache sunday but today, monday, I feel so weird. Im dehydrated no matter how much I drink and a horrible headache. I also keep getting the shakes... What could this mean or what do I do

Hi

I understand your concern.

It may be due to severe electrolyte imbalance and diuresis due to alcohol.

For dehydration 1st blood electrolyte check up is necessary.

Drink only plain water .

Headache is due to hang over effect and will decrease gradually.

Take simple analgesic like paracetamol for headache.


Avoid such excessive drinking.
