What Causes Headache With Dizziness?
i am havig headaches from last 6 months ,it comes and go,at the back of my head ,sometimes near my ears ,sometimes near forehead like needles pinching,i cant talk much on phone,filling dizzy,cant watch tv ,or look concentrate fell like im doing very heavy work like i myself forcing to look watch or hear ,what im suffering from what is the problem,i have been to GPseveral times,cant understand properly.

Well come to HCM
Given history is suggestive of anxiety and depression, this could be migraine attack and this can be well treated with following medicines still it is important to get done CT brain and clinical examination for right diagnosis
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500mg with Tab Carbamazepine as per needed
