What Causes Headache With Fatigue?

Hi I am a 31 year old female. I have been having headaches for the past few weeks on almost a daily basis. They tend to be in the top and back of my head and are dull and achy. I am also having a strange feeling in the left side of my face, hand, and sometimes foot. The feeling is sort of like a tingling or like a tight muscle in my face near the corner of my mouth. I am also experiencing extreme fatigue. If I am out of the house or doing regular household chores, I often feel the need to lie down and take a nap, though I rarely succumb to this feeling. At my most recent doctor's visit, approximately 2 months ago, I was told my iron levels were quite low (7). I also have clicking in my jaws and suspect I have a TMJ disorder, though I have not been diagnosed. I do, however, have a psoriasis with psoriatic arthritis and I take Aleve almost every night before bed. I am on Micronor birth control pills.
