What Causes Headache With Itching And Redness Of Head?

HI! Well recently i have been noticing that i am breathing incredibly hard after i eat meals. And i have itch and redness in my head. i cheacked for lice none of that. I am always tired and i have extreme head pain. I am really upset all the time! What is this?
