Doctor may give your child short term steroid as inflammatory swelling more ... If infection seems severe and CBC shows neutrophilia intravenous antibiotic for three days might given by ceftriaxone drug ... Meanwhile give him semisolid foods ... Less spicy foods ... More water .... Salt water gargles done ... Advise : consult ER or physician Take care ....
