What Causes Headache,body Numbness And Blurred Vision?

i have a migraine on right side of my head, its sending pain off into the right side of my body, making almost my entire right side of my body numb, i have had trouble seeing out of both eyes all day, my vision has just kind of been blurry, my arm and leg on my right side feels heavy, it sounds like stroke symptoms but i cant tell if it should be something i should really be worried about or not
