What Causes Headache,chest Pressure And Vertigo Despite Suffering From Ear Infection?

two days ago i went to my family doctor for a call back on my ear infection, the pills i was taking did the trick, all gone, while i was there she gave me a phumonia shot and gave me an EKG for my vertiago and it wasn t 100 % correct, also i had very high blood pressure and chest pressure, she made me an APPT with a radioolighst for 5-19, yesterday everything was fine, but today i woke up with dihrerra, nausa, headache, chest pressure and vertiago. i think i might have food poisoning.

Ear infection involving cochlear apparatus in internal ear leads to vertigo, nausea vomiting. High blood pressure can cause head ache and chest pressure. Please get examined and investigated by a cardiologist and ENT specialist for specific advise.
