What Causes Headache,dizziness, Shoulder Pain With Numbness And Pain In Ear?

Hi, I'm 26 years old, 5feet and 96lbs. I am experiencing headache, dizziness (mostly at night), right shoulder pain with numbness, slight pain on right ear, slight eye pain (right eye) and I easily get hungry. Last night my right pinkie was hurting and numb, but its gone now. I'm wondering if this could be withdrawal syndromes for depo-povera? Or is it something else? Because I was scheduled to have my third depo-povera shot last July 28, but I decided not to and stop because I have spotting/mild bleeding for 1 month now because of it. It's been 4 days now that I'm experiencing these symptoms. Thanks!

I really appreciate your concern, if where on some hormone therapy then such symptoms of headache and dizziness may be due to this and this would long last little more, your stress level would increase the symptoms, so try to keep the stress level very low and no need to worry about this, if the symptoms persist then clinical examination would be necessary, have a great day.
