What Causes Headache,fatigue And Hot Flashes In Body?

Hi I m a 57 year old male, yesterday I was fine, this morning I was tired and lethargic, headaches, neck ache, and very tired. Went to work this morning and came home at noon and slept for 5 hours. Now I m nauseas and dizzy with cold and hot flashes. What do you think I have?

Hi
Thanks for posting your query
All your symptoms indicating towards viral infection . I would recommend you to take rest 1 to 2 days Since most of the viral infections are self limiting there is no need for any specific medication but if your body pains and weakness extreme I would recommend you to take combiflam tablet for 2-3 days ,also drink plenty of water and fruit juices. If even after 2 to 3 days your symptoms persists you may have to get the following test done and revert back to the report.

Complete Hemogram, Dengue Profile, IgM Typhi Dot, SGOT, SGPT.
