What Causes Headache,fever And Low Oxygen Levels Leading To Cyanosis In Body?

I have a class that requires me to diagnose a client with these symptoms Headache,Fever,Headache,Muscle aches, Nausea and vomiting,Difficulty breathing,Dry cough,Low oxygen levels causing cyanosis.Could be contracted during camping, hiking, or at hom.please help, these symptoms do not seem to be specific enough for me to narrow it down
