What Causes Headache,mood Swings And Head Congestion?
I have a temp of 97 and im sweating ALOT and all over. Have head congestion and head aches for last 3 days. Take multivitamin, fish oil, zyrtex, iron, over the counter water pill and trazadone. Im 37 female and displaying many menopausal symptoms(night sweats, thinning hair, massive mood swings, trouble sleeping before the trazadone, breast swelling, retaining water) but thyroid and hormones are normal.

The symptoms seem to be related to peri-menopause. I see through the query that you have already taken the medications. So, I suggest to continue the treatment. I recommend cool showers during the day and using loose clothes. I also suggest to sleep in a cool room during the night.
