General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the description of the symptoms, it appears that you could be having an 'orgasm headache', which is one of two types of sex headaches. Treating your orgasm headache will depend on the cause. Generally, sex headaches are not associated with an underlying condition. Hence, taking an analgesic medication should be enough to ease symptoms.

You need to consult Physician promptly if it occurs repeatedly or is associated with symptoms like stiff neck, vomiting, muscle weakness, loss of consciousness and severe pain lasting for more than 24 hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
