What Causes Headaches After Exposure To Sunlight?

Hi there, I recently just got back from a holiday and was at the beach 4days straight in 30 degrees heat. Wasnt until yesterday arvo since i started getting bad headaches, thought i had an 8hr sleep but was restless. I am back at work today and took some Nurofen and drank water but my headache is still here. Is it possible i Have heat stroke? My skin is very dry and sore and have had cramps in my legs.

This is probably due to exposure to long duration of sun and associated dehydration.
Take plenty of water.preferebly ors.
Take some nsaid like paracitamol for headache for next 3 days.
Get some rest.thats all.
This is not heat stroke.
